What is BlizzCon?
BlizzCon is a celebration of the Warcraft, StarCraft, and Diablo
franchises and the communities that surround them. This two-day event
will contain Q&A panels featuring Blizzard developers, social
events for fans and developers to meet one another, and hands-on
gameplay featuring your favorite Blizzard games.
When and where is BlizzCon?
The event will take place on August 3 and 4 at the Anaheim
Convention Center, located at 800 West Katella Avenue, Anaheim, CA
92802. The hours of operation are 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Pacific Time on
both days (Friday and Saturday).
How much does a BlizzCon ticket cost?
Each BlizzCon ticket costs $100. Tickets are non-transferable, and
Blizzard reserves the right to deny admission to anyone who violates
this policy.
Where can I buy BlizzCon tickets?
To attend BlizzCon, you must purchase tickets in advance through the
BlizzCon ticket website. Tickets will go on sale in the next few months
and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis until they
are sold out, though Blizzard reserves the right to sell additional
tickets in the future. There will be a five-ticket limit per household.
Further details on when and how to purchase tickets will follow in the
weeks ahead.
Will each attendee who purchases a ticket receive a personalized BlizzCon badge?
We're in the process of finalizing these and other details related

Please stay tuned to www.blizzcon.com for more information.
What do I get for the cost of a ticket?

BlizzCon. Attendees will also get a BlizzCon goody bag containing
exclusive swag! More details on the contents of the goody bag will be
revealed in the weeks ahead.

simultaneously with domestic attendees. Tickets will go on sale in the
next few months. Further details on when and how to purchase tickets
will follow in the weeks ahead.
What should I do about hotel accommodations and transportation?
Several hotels within walking distance of the Anaheim Convention
Center have agreed to provide guest rooms at a special BlizzCon group
rate. Transportation to the event will be up to you. We'll provide
further information on nearby hotels and how take advantage of the
special group rate, as well as on car rentals and shuttle buses from
nearby airports, on the BlizzCon website in the near future.
Is there an age limit for attendees?
This event is open to gamers age 4 and older, although we recommend
that children be accompanied by an adult. Please note that no strollers
will be allowed in the Anaheim Convention Center. The child ticket
price is the same as the adult ticket price.
What type of goodies are avaiable if I attend?
All BlizzCon attendees will receive their share of free Blizzard swag, to be announced in a future update. We'll also be
providing a beta key for an upcoming Blizzard game. If you're not enticed yet, you should definitely check out the in-game
murloc suit below, an item that can be redeemed and given to your favorite World of Warcraft character. Love or hate the
murlocs, you won't want to miss this opportunity to blend in with them!
